I dread going to this auto location for any kind of service. I initially purchased tires there a few months ago, and i totally got ripped off, solely because i'm a women who entered the store alone, i honestly thought these days were long gone, however not at this location the sales men will take advantage of you. The waiting time is awful, they do not update you on your vehicle, neither do they give you an explantion to what you're paying for until you look at your bill and see all that you're being charged. They do not offer if you would like the warranty, instead they make that decision for you, and just put it on your tab. As soon as i got my vehicle back, i noticed that after i hit 60mph my car would begin to shake. I had to go back for a balancing, and that alone took 2 hours. Although they have signs through out the store stating they can do a 4 wheel alignment in 60 minutes, they do not care about your wait or your problem if your not paying for anything. Please look else where for tires or any maintenance, i suggest Discount Tires! What a nightmare.

Poor Customer Service and Resolutions

Poor customer service when they lost my key to my vehicle and did not notify me for four hours. I ended up calling to see if my car was done and happen to find this out. I wonder when they would have even called me. Contacted the corporate office and the resolution was extremely unsatisfactory. If they treat customers this way I would hate to see what the service is like for your car. I would never recommend them for any work similar to the other comment here.

I wanted to purchase new tires for my 1995 Dodge Dakota truck. They did not have any in stock at this location, and checked other locations, in which they ordered them from. They promised to call when they came in approximately two weeks. They NEVER called, and when I called them after patiently waiting for a month, I was told that they did not have the tires. They did not seem to care or try to assist me any further. I immediately took my truck to Discount Tire on Highway 6, who not only had the tires in stock and knowledgeable personnel to assist me, but my whole wait time was as-promised 45 minutes. Since I like the Sears in the mall, I was trying to offer Sears Auto a little business but they completely failed.
PROS:
CONS: poor service, no follow-through, lack of concern
