I've been going to Scott & White for about 4 years. They're located in Cedar Park now but I've found the Clinic to satisfactory. My doctor on the other hand is great (she's one of the network of Doctors there). If I had to change Dr's I would go somewhere else. The receptionists and some of the nurses aren't very friendly but the new clinic is much better than when it was in Round Rock.
PROS: Great Office!
CONS: Not the friendliest bunch of professionals

I went to Scott & White Clinic for several years and the none of the Doctors, with the exception of one were very caring. I went from Doctor to Doctor until I found Dr. Hahn then the level of satisfaction went up. They others didn't seem to care about the patients and would rather talk to each other. There were only a couple of the nurses I found that were friendly . It' not a very relaxed setting when you can't trust the level of care you're getting. When Dr. Hahn moved back to Virginia, and the Clinic moved to Cedar Park, I found another Doctor, not at Scott & White and I'm confident I'm getting the best care now.
PROS: They moved out of the area
CONS: Unfriendly staff of (so called) Professionals
