The owner is very knowledgeable about rugs. They cleaned and repaired my antique rugs better than anyone else in the city. He quoted me a price, picked them up and returned them back to my home. The key for me: they washed the rugs by hand instead of using a machine to process them. It was a bonus that the prices were reasonable. I will be a repeat customer. I would recommend them highly.

I am unfamiliar with rug stores but I never smelled a place like this one. As I immediately walked inside, I was hit by this wave of a smell that almost knocked me backward. I was just about to leave when one of the workers said hello and I sort of felt obligated to stay. Their prices were normally in the one hundred to two hundred dollar range but they weren't what I would call a bargain. I didn't like most of their designs either as they looked too wavy, therefore making it look hypnotizing. Well, I decided this was not a good place to look for rugs so I left in a few minutes.
