Scrapbook Heaven

I have worked on and off at SBH for about 6 or so years now. In the last few months we have made huge changes to our staff and to our location- we are now located at 8910 bandera rd. suite 201. Unfortunately the new building is not finished and we are just waiting to move in upon completion. right now we are working on our online store and encourage our loyal customers to shop there for now. I can only say that the changes we have made are gonna help to make us what we have the potential to be, the best in s.texas.

I had a horrible experience at this store! I work in retail & I value customer service, they didn't greet me when I walked in the door & never asked to make sure that I was finding everything alright. They did have some cute stuff but i will go to a different store for all of my scrapbooking needs. I would never recommend this store to a friend!

The last time I was at Scrapbook Heaven was about 3 years ago. I went to the weekly crops and always had a great time. I recently went back and I was very disappointed. They apparently changed owners and I could tell within the first 5 minutes of being there. They were low on everything. They were out of multiple colors of card stock, stickers, and tools. The staff seemed annoyed when I would ask them questions. They did not have any type of door prizes during the crop as it states on their web sight. My friends and I will be finding a new place to scrapbook ASAP!

This scrapbook store is one of my most favorite in the area. Most of the employees have been with Scrapbook Heaven since the beginning, or transferred from the Castle Hills location to Bandera road. They are friendly and always willing to help and give their suggestions, or ideas on your layouts. I love to scrap at this store. They also have a lot of items in their scrapping room that are free to use - the computer for journaling, punches, sissors, etc. It's quiet and well stocked with anything you could possibly want!

PROS: Quiet and clean store. Very well stocked on items
CONS: I cant think of any!!!

Scrapbook Haven is a great place for the avid scrapbooker or just an average shopper on a mission for a special project. They have so many items that encourage creativity. The workers there are all knowledgeable and are not afraid to offer suggestions. The variety is great.

Scrapbook Haven is a great place to find items for scrapbooking. They have a big variety of items. I often buy some of these items for school projects or spirit bags. The worker must also love scrapbooking because they offer ideas and show a genuine interest in your project.
