Ancient Mysteries is an outstanding Store. I recommend everyone to come by to browse with confident and if you have questions, she have recommendations. Knowledge is powerful and Ancient Mysteries have it! I consistently feel at home when I visit the store. Awesome place !!!

I am a 15 year old to-be wicca and have only went there once but I must tell you that right when I walked in that shop, I felt at home. I felt extremly excited but calm as I looked through the selection of books and tinkered with some of the witchcraft games and pendelums. They have oils, candles, and other cool stuff of Lord and Lady. Its the coolest little shop you'll see in Austin!

Ancient Mysteries is always a cool, interesting place to shop. I go often, and I always find something new! Midnight is knowledgeable, insightful, and an all-around beautiful person. The art on display alone is worth a visit! Local artist Cat Dancing is regularly featured, and the whole shop is full of one-of-a kind gifts, books, and magickal ware and clothing. The shop offers many eclectic classes also, and there are several regular readers there of tarot, astrology, and other divinatory arts. They are all excellent, and I have reason to know. My very first Tarot reading was there, and it was transformational!
In addition, I met the love of my life for the very first time in Ancient Mysteries!
I recommend it to everyone!

Ancient Mysteries is the best place in Austin to find unique, one of a kind gifts for all occasions. They specialize in metaphysical items, everything from candles, crystals and herbs to wind chimes, magical tools and really fantastic art by local artist, Cat Dancing. Step through the door to the scent of incense, the sound of gentle music and be greeted with a smile by Midnight, owner of Ancient Mysteries, who can answer your questions with patience and wise woman advice. On weekends she has readers available and you can get a Tarot or astrology reading. Or schedule an appointment with Midnight herself for a healing Reiki session. This is truly Austin's finest gift and metaphysical store and I would recommend it highly.

Ancient Mysteries is one of the most impressive "New Age" stores I've been to from as south as San Antonio to as North as Waco area. Midnight, the store owner is a knowledgeable individual who is willing to help anyone who walks through her door with questions and concerns no matter what faith the customer believes. She has a vast inventory and most anything one needs you can find in this shop. If it's not there, and very few things aren't, she'd be happy to order it for you.
Without hesitation I would recommend this store to anyone who has an open mind and wants to experience something new. Her tarot readers are very friendly and her festivals are very fun. It is amazing with so many independent sellers there is no pressure to buy. If you are hesitant they even comment that maybe it's not right for you to have it at the moment.
Ancient mysteries has everything from incense to candles to pendulums to clothing. Please come check out such a cool shop. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to see such a cool place.
