Amazing Everything!!

by Terri W.

My husband and I LOVE to go to Saltgrass! We love just about everything here. The bread is excellent and the flavor of the steaks are amazing. My husband loves the steak soup. It's all great right down to the Iced Tea. It's the same for the wait staff. Every time we have been there we've always had great service. Overall, a great place to go.

great prices on delicious food

by Susie D. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 10,622

Lots of food for a low price - AMAZING!! I love their salad and steak, although they put a pat of butter on the steak (which we always request they leave off).
A few thin sliced onion rings are usually added to steak plates...but I sometimes get the side of onion rings, too.

Chicken fingers are incredible and there is so much that I always have plenty to take home for lunch the next day!

Great service

The steak, oh man, the steak

by Jason K. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,396

Huge portions. Juicy, tender cuts. These guys just do an outstanding steak meal. Surprisingly, the in-house baked bread loaf was one of the highlights of the meal but everything about this place spelled out Texas to me - the bigger the better!

Great steak and friendly family atmosphere

by Sandra G.

When I feel like eating steak, I go to Salt Grass. In my opinion, it's the best steak I have ever eaten. You can cut you meat with a butter knife. Go hungry, because they serve large portions. I love the fresh bread that is served while you are waiting for your dinner. The price is not cheap, but you do get your money's worth. We usually spend about $50 for dinner for two. We have always had good and friendly service. The wait for dinner can be up to 90 minutes, but you can call ahead and have your name put on the list
