Joe Koen & Son Jewelers

They were very nice and did a beautiful job with the setting...many other jewelers in town could not do it.

I would recommend them to friends and family.

They made exactly what I wanted.

I agree with M.L. and have to say how disappointed I was with Joe Koen on Congress. I felt like I was getting the run around and like the guy (Bill) that was helping me just wasn't honest or a stand up guy. When I go to a store to make a purchase, I want to leave with what I've purchased. I don't want to go to another location or wait for something to be sent over or wait for something to be made or ordered. I wasn't impressed with the jewelry at all and ended up leaving because even though he wasn't discounting the heck out of the piece I was looking at, I just couldn't do business there.

My experience is that Koen's has a lack of merchandise and very poor customer service. They have big sales and I have gone to check it out and still can't find anything, even at a discount. I think this store is too outdated and boring. Austin is a city in motion and Koen's is stale...immobile...boring.

I've bought a couple of pieces of jewelry from Joe Koen & Son and have been very happy with their store and their service. I've never felt pressured to buy anything and they always seem very knowledgeable about their stock. They have great sales as well and you can get some gorgeous pieces for low prices! They've been in service for decades as well so they have built up a reputation for quality jewelry.
