Good daycare, but I have some issues with the infant rooms

by sshuffler

My daughter was enrolled in the school for a few months and for the most part I was satisfied but had a few issues. First, I didn't like that she was generally not fed while being held, most of the babies are put in bouncy chairs and fed. Second, she spent the majority of her day in her bouncy chair. It didn't matter what time I walked in, she was usually in that chair. Third, I found another child's pacifier in her mouth one day and the care taker argued saying it was my daughters. I think I would know what I purchased, funny how that works? Fourth, when I was called to pick her up due to illness she was left in her bouncy chair screaming and no one was even attempting to console her. This one really broke my heart. If you can overlook these issues, the place is clean, and the care takers are generally good with the babies.
