We purchased a couch from R2G. The cushion covers started to rip. The technician came out to look at them. I mentioned a squeak in the couch. He said it was nothing and took the cushion covers to restitch. He returned them a few days later. They weren't even sewn up all the way and they smelled like they had been in a smoking lounge. I guess the technician smoked in the van with them and while sewing them.

A few days later I sat on the couch and was stabbed in the calf with a nail sticking out of the couch. I actually had a really bad cut. I probably could have used a stitch to be honest. The squeak (that I asked the technician about and was ignored) was a board and it had moved and so there were about 5 or 6 nails sticking out from the frame. We had to hammer them down so as not to get cut or risk our kids being injured. When the technician came out he said there was nothing he could do since the nails had ripped through the material. So, he put in a report to the office since the couch was still under warranty. Well, the girl told me that the problem was due to "normal use" and was not covered. I got pretty mad as we bought the couch to use so of course "normal use" had occured. I was sent to a supervisor. She told me to send her the pictures. Well, she finally let me know she would replace the couch this one time as a courtesy b/c their "well trained" technician said the damage was from our kids jumping on the couch. Which, I guess he just made this assumption b/c when he came out my kids were home. HOwever, I can assure you my kids do not jump on furniture and they weren't even really allowed on the new couch to begin with. I was told if the couch broke again we'd be out of luck. I guess the "warranty" is only good if you don't use the couch and if you don't have kids. It makes me wonder if that applies to the Kids Room furniture they carry?

Of course, the replacement couch hasn't held up very well either. The frame did not break but the cushions look awful and the colors have faded. The stain guard is a waste of money and the cleaner you have to use discolors the couch. Of course they tell you if you can't get a stain out "they'll replace the whole couch" but I am pretty sure they'd find a reason not to replace it. It is hands down the worst piece of furniture I've ever owned. In fact, we found an old couch at a thrift store for $100 and put the R2G couch in the garage. The $100 couch is way more comfortable, way sturdier and much better made.

Bottom line, if you are thinking of buying from R2G THINK AGAIN. Although the couch was not "cheap" it was not as expensive as some of the others I looked at. I believe it was about $600. However, I would rather spend a few more bucks and get a couch that will last longer than 6 months. Actually, you could probably find one about that price at Ashley or another store that carries quality furniture. The couch we had before buying the piece of crap from R2G was an Ashley couch and it lasted 10 years! I would not furnish my doghouse with furniture from R2G!

Please do not buy anything from Rooms To Go! Their furniture is not of good quality! I learned the hard way went I bought a room set and it was not cheap! I had many problems with my bed that I call customer service for help and they were so rude and did not want to help me! I believed that this company does not care about their customer just their money! please do your self a favor and do not go through what I and all the people here went through! I purchased their king size tv package called the Ansiton. I paid 2500 including delivery and taxes.. i got the set delivered two days later as promised, to find a plethera of shotty craftsmanship... the bed has a upholstered headboard with silver nailheads.. that add to the design... upon inspection.. about a dozen of these are rusted... then in my media chest there are staples comming through to the inside of the drawer from a staple that was put on the bottom of the drawer... then one of the fabric lined drawers for the dresser has air bubbles under the fabric and its overlapped and glued in place and comming out over the front of the drawer and bits of wood are glued to the fabric... then the slats that go under the mattress and the foundation were cross threaded just to find out that the actual bolts in the legs are smaller than the nuts there suppose to go into so the only way to hold it in place is to cross thread it...

so after having this furiniture for 5 days and not even sleeping on it since we were redoing the bedroom, i am having the headboad, two rails and the media chest replaced.. now i need the slats taken care of....

I have purchased from RTG in the past and not had any problems.. this is extremely dissapoingting.... so i told the rep that i was willing to have everything replaced but i'll keep the set if they extend their 1 year warranty.. they refused.... so this is not good!

After reading all of the reviews I wished that I would have done so before making my purchase of my sectional in May 2010. I purchased the furniture and the quality is terrible as many consumers have identified. I am a return customer and have made three purchases from Room to Go. Initially I did not feel displeased as many of you do until I started having problems with the stitching in the cushion. I called RTG and explained my situation and the technician came out as stated in a timely manner. The cushion was replaced after two attempts. The driver brought the wrong cushion the first time, then the second time they replaced the cusion as promised. Time was wasted, but the cushion was replaced. I thought that was the end of my ordeal, but another cushion started splitting at the seam and the process started again.This time I was told that the furniture was discontinued and that I had 30 days to choose another piece of furniture and they wil deliver and exchange out at no cost to me. WHAT!! Of course it will be no cost to me it is not my fault that you sold me defective furniture. I purchased the furniture protection and they are telling me that I have to pay a difference of $37.07 due to the change in the cost of the furniture protection. That really is not my problem. I asked that the waive the cost and they are refusing and I am not letting this go. It is the principle of the matter. RTG needs to make this right. I am the victim here. I will not be making any more purchases from RTG when this is finalized.

I wish there was a lower rating than unsatisfactory for rooms to go. They certainly deserve it. My wife and I purchased certain furniture items from rooms to go on Monday. The salesperson acted like he was doing us a favor. He did not introduce himself or even smile. We were told that we would be given a courtesy call giving us a four hour time frame prior to delivery. The next day the rtg driver arrived at my door unannounced,(didn't get that promised courtesy call). The first words out of the rtg driver when I opened the door" We were about to leave without delivering your furniture" He repeated the same thing three times. This was after he had rung the doorbell twice. While setting up he informed me that that there was crack in the dresser mirror and that a replacement would be delivered another day. Thanks a lot rtg,now I get to waste a whole day through no fault of mine. Never again will I buy from rtg.

The salesman pushed us to buy leather protection with the help of his manager. The Sofa has a manufacture fault and has a very low quality. If you don't sit on the middle of the seat you will be tilted one side or another, causing backache. It has a very small base and cushions are extremely uncomfortable. Basically, the sofa is unusable and they do not want to have it returned or give credit for another type of sofa. We are extremely unhappy about this company and I advise everybody to think twice about dealing with them. They don't even have a headquarter address to write to them about your complaints.

Never again will I shop at Rooms to go....So pricey but quality of furniture is so cheap...we spent 4,500 for our living room set and after a month our sofa and love seat broke (fell in) so mad, unable to return anything...Also, our coffee table is damaged, requested a new one which they delivered and still in bad shape...today I am getting a 4th one and praying go God that it will be in good condition....Please if you want to buy and spend your money go somewhere else, they are a joke.

Never again. We have spent several thousand dollars on furniture from Rooms to go. We also bought the 3- year extended warranty. A year later, we called them regarding some spots. They said that the manufacturing warranty expired. They cleaned the items, but they used chemicals that made the situation worse. When we called to complain, they said that they canceled the warranty because there was a pen mark on the Sofa!

I called the store to speak to the manager, they refused to let me speak to him. Then they said he is out of the store. When I asked to speak for manger on duty, they said they do not have one and I have to leave a message.

I ordered a bedroom set and counter-height dining room set. The salesperson was not pushy. I asked questions regarding all the awful reviews I read about RTG and he answered them in a forthright manner. The merchandise was delivered two days later. One of the bed rails had a bit of damage on it but I cleaned it up and it is fine. There were very minor scratches and nicks on a couple pieces, but nothing noticeable without close inspection. I will use RTG again.

I have seen all this before. Roomtogo spends alot on advertising, store fronts, showrooms. ect. Are they now in trouble, are they going out of business???They seem desperate to me.

We bought a leather outfit from them and were generally happty woth the experience. My wife who is short has a very hard time putting down the foot rest on recliners. They turned the showroom model over and showed how we can adust the tension and adjusted it until she was good to go. They even honored a price from a sale three months ago. My only real complaint is the way they tried to inflate the sales tax. In North Carolina services are not taxed. They included in the delivery charge in the taxed amount. As a retail business owner I pointed this out error out tot eh store manager and he acted like he was totally surprised and said he was not aware of that. The scary part is they must do the same to every unknowing customer because there was no way to take the tax off the delivery charge in thier computer. I was insulted by my sales person, my delivery date and time wasn't confirmed and my furniture was delivered by Pick-Up truck ( an employee's personal vehicle) in Torrential Rain. all of my furniture was in soaking wet boxes! Never purchase anything from them! EVER!

Got a great deal on the furniture. We got the black 8 pc Tanner bedroom with the 32" tv for $1899and a queen Embrace memory foam mattress for $977. The fruniture is absolutely beautiful and the mattress is heaven. It was delivered on time 1 week after purchase and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Picked up my tv 5 days later without a hitch. Extremely happy with the tv because Rooms to Go gave me a $315 gift card and the Toshiba was marked $349. Thought I was gonna have to come off of more money. But when they scanned the Roms to Go contract the tv dropped to $299. My only complaint is that the salesman told me specifically not to move any of my furniture that the delivery guys would move it all out. He also said they would take my used mattress. Delivery guys would not do either. They were very courteous about it, but they said they are instructed to do neither. They said this is a common lie told by the salesman. I do recommend Rooms to Go. I also recommend you move your own furniture before delivery.

Overall, very bad experience. Store won't set up a delivery date until the customer pays upfront, delivery and state sales tax for the purchased items. Normally, the entire purchase is put on credit. My recommendation is avoid shopping at Rooms to Go in San Antonio, TX.

Very displeased with the services at the Rooms To Go on Cobb Parkway in Marietta, Ga. I entered the store on Friday afternoon, 01/07/2011 and walked the entire store without anyone ever asking to assist me. One guy walked out in a red/burgundy shirt with an apparent Rooms To Go name tag, however, he didn't even acknowledge me. There were several items that I was interested in, however, I will never shop at this Rooms To Go again.

I purchased the Diva Gaming Chair for my daughter for Christmas. The return policy is 48 hours; however, this was a CHRISTMAS gift and my daughter did not open the gift until CHRISTMAS. Upon opening and sitting in it, the chair is WAY too big for her, it is very uncomfortable, and awkward for her to sit in. I emailed AND called Rooms To Go and BEGGED them to work with me on a return (which, by the way was done within 48 hours of opening the gift). I said that I would pay the shipping, pay the return shipping, would gladly pay a restocking fee, AND take a store credit if they would just please be willing to work with me any way. We cannot use this chair at all and it's a waste of $100. I spoke with a supervisor and manager who both absolutely would not work with me at all. I realize the return policy is 48 hours, but come on! If it's a Christmas gift and not opened until Christmas, then HOW are you supposed to return it within 48 hours????? SO - Long story short, DO NOT ORDER FROM ROOMS TO GO!!!! They are very unwilling to work with you!!!!

Do not buy furniture from Rooms to Go. After a year and a half, the back of the frame of the couch snapped in half. Rooms to Go would do nothing since it was over one year old. So I took the back fabric off to see if I could fix it, and what a shock. The couch is made of cheap- thin strips of particle and plywood. Not one screw was used on the frame. Bought a living room set that broke before I ever sat on it. The delivery guys dropped it like a rock on my living room floor. Within the first two weeks, the love seat broke, the sofa came apart. Rooms to go has been at my home twice to fix the mess. But that should not happen within the first month of your purchase. This is the biggest lemon I have ever purchased. I will never again visit or reccomend Rooms To Go. It is the biggest furniture fraud in American. I am having to call then again today because the coach is now giving way and you cannot rest your back on it. It is a piece of Junk.

If I could get Rooms To Go half a star I would. The quality of work is laughable. I bought a $1000 sectional sofa and within a month the seem wripped. I called to have them fix it and they did. I was better off with the wrip in the sofa. The stitch work was horrible and it caused it to wrip more down that same side a week later. Then the frame broke inside and they said they wouldn't replace it because I voided my warranty because my cat put his claws into it (which is understandable but if I had known the quality of the expensive sofa I bought was crap then I would have gone somewhere else to begin with). My opinion? If you want to throw your money down the drain then Rooms To Go is the place for you!

I will never buy from Rooms To Go again. My experience from top to bottom was not at all customer friendly. Upon my arrival, I am accosted by a salesperson. I expect this, of course, as sales people at most furniture stores jump on any new customer that enters the door. I had already done my studying of the product(s) that I wanted, online earlier in the day. So, I was an easy sell to this salesperson. I told him the product line of bedroom furniture I wanted to buy and he took me right to it. I only needed the furniture, no mattresses, no add-ons, etc. After telling him 4 times that I don't need any mattresses, he asks me yet again about mattresses b/c he says his manager told him he has to. Seriously...? I finally get to check out and purchase my $2,300 furniture which will arrive some number of days later. Fine. Yes, I received the confirmation call 2 days prior to delivery. Fine.

Then comes the delivery. 2 guys in a truck. Fine. The "leader" brought in the bed frame rails and head-board and started putting it together, while the 2nd guy started unboxing and putting the rest of the furniture together out in the street in front of my house. After watching the 2nd guy for a few minutes, I walked out to the street and noticed that the dresser and nightstand's legs had the footpads scraped off of the bottom of the legs b/c the units were being drug around the street. I asked him why he's dragging my furniture around on the street like that, but he doesn't speak English. Great. Then I realize that some of the wood on two of the legs is now split off. I brought this to the attention of the "leader", who didn't really think much of the problem, but said he would call HQ about it. Finally, after they got all of the furniture (damaged units, too) placed in the bedroom, he finally called their headquarters. He handed me the phone, and the customer service rep told me that they would replace the two units that were damaged. Great - b/c I did spend over $2k at their store. About 30 minutes after the deliver guys left, another RTG customer service rep calls me up and says that they will be out in about 2 weeks to "repair" the damaged furniture - and that they are NOT going to replace the damaged units after all. When I explained that the wood on a couple of the legs (one on the dresser & one on the nightstand) had been damaged, she basically questioned me about how damaged the pieces really were. So, in a nutshell, there just going to send some other guy out here with some glue to try and "fix" the legs on the bottom of my $2,300 furniture. You have GOT to be kidding me...!

We purchased a living room and a dining set about 2 weeks ago. It was delivered last Friday, the 5th of November, as planned. Sales guy was super kind and helpful. We were so thrilled about our new furniture. It looked great and seemed to be all that we were looking for. But after 3 days my problems started. The dining set is actually still perfect, so far. But our living room is a nightmare. It took us only 3 days to start having HORRIBLE back aches. It came to the point now, after a week, that I can??t even find any position at all, to stand up or sit ANYWHERE, without severe pain. My husband is feeling the same way. And worse, this is severely affecting my breastfeeding, because it doesn??t matter where or how I am sitting, it just hurts and there is no comfortable position right now for me. So my baby gets frustrated as well, cause I am annoyed and in pain, and she is refusing the breast for the first time in 4 months. I am so sad and disappointed!

I was renting furniture because we recently moved to the US (it was very avarage furniture) and it was SO much better than this one. I have more pain now than when I was pregnant! What one would expect from a chair and sofa, is at LEAST to have SUPPORT for their bodies. The ottoman is actually preety good, when you sit on it you can feel how it supports your weight and you feel you can sit upright and comfortable. But the seats? HORRIBLE. The cushions both from the seat and from the back are EXTREMELY bad. Instead of having support, I literally SINK into the couch/chair, and this is HORRIBLE for our backs. I have tried everything ?? repositioning the back cushions, putting extra pillows behind my back, then some other behind my neck and head, then tried sitting in another position, or in a different place in the couch, but nothing helps because the stuff is simply BAD, VERY BAD.

I have tried to deal with this but there is no way I can accept to purchase a livingroom for $1500, and then I can??t use it. The livingroom is the most important room for us. It is where we spend family time together, and it??s where I breastfeed my baby the whole day ?? and it??s been hell to me. Before we bought this livingroom set, I was renting this furniture from another company and I remember I absolutely HATED the sofa ?? that one too had bad support ?? but guess what: I REALLY miss it now! ? It is a DREAM compared to this one.

There is no way I can live with this back pain and I can??t just take a bunch of whatever medication for it because it affects the milk for my baby! Besides, $1500 is way too much money to spend on some junk furniture. I just wrote them, lets see what happens.

Used to have problems with various stores and items. Get online and research what to look for and stay away from. Saw bad and poorly constructed leather sets. Knew what to look for and found 2 quality setsout of about 12. Top grain leather, not leather match, leatherett, or bonded. Look for hardenened solid wood, not partical or laminate... etc,etc,etc! Helpful info is out there. Last leather set I had was 15 years old and passed along to my son. My Rooms To Go dinning room is 7 years old and perfect. Bedroom set is 6 years not one problem. Ya just gotta get nosey with the construction. Go look elsewhere at an expensive set and take notes. Use the internet and ask questions everywhere. There is usually a reason it is half or two thirds the price of others. It's fun to walk in well armed with info. Be patient and good luck.

I am shocked at all the negative reviews for Rooms to Go . We purchased 2 bedroom sets and a dining room set from Rooms to Go 3 years ago. We have had no issues with any of the items and they still look like new. My son's bedroom set was out of stock and told me this when I placed the order. They promised we woud have the set in 3 weeks and we had it in 2 weeks. The second bedroom set was for my bedroom and the one dresser was damaged. The delivery people left the dresser and came back 2 days later with a replacement. I did on the bedroom set notice a scratch 2 days after delivery that I did not notice when it was delivered and they sent a technician out by the end of the week to fix it. The dining room set is gorgeous. The chairs are very sturdy and heavy. Everyone compliments the dining room set.

On the other hand I bought a kitchen table set from another furniture store and after the first year I am looking to replace it. Guess where I am going Sunday morning to Rooms to go to get a kitchen table set. We were very happy with the service and the furniture.

I bought the cindy crawford sectional and it is the biggest 4,000 piece of junk I have ever bought, I wouldnt have paid 1 dollar for this piece of sh@t. I am going to flip out and let these people know what kind of crap they are selling over there. the handle broke off one of the recliners after the first 3 months and we hardly used it, the leather is already peeling off and rubbing down. Everytime I look at Cindy Crawford on tv I will think about this piece of sh@t couch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I was sorry to hear the complaints. I love my furniture (microfiber Cindy Crawford sectional/chaise and I too bought r2go chair and bistro table/chairs. The color of the sectional is beige and it looks just as good as it did when I bought it some 3 years ago. The chair -- still looks new. Bistro table/chair -- very good quality, great wood design and very heavy/solid. I get compliments all the time. So sorry about persons who had a bad experience though. I know it isn't fun (I've had problems on other merchandise from other vendors).

WARNING: The "room package" is not what it seems.... We purchased a room package from Rooms to Go thinking it was a good deal. They tables were out of stock... Delivery delayed for tables. They delivered the Sofa and Chair along with the lamps. After surveying the room, we realized we were not going to have enough room for the sofa table. We went back to the store, spoke to our salesman and asked if we could just get a refund for the sofa table since we did not need it. The cost of the sofa table was $249. The answer was no! According to Rooms to Go when you buy the package they discount all the pieces. The sofa table's discounted price was $180. This is fair, then we asked for the discounted price of the sofa table to be refunded. The answer was still no!

We haven't received the table, yet, we have already paid for it and we can't get a refund on something we haven't yet received???? How can this be??? When I asked to speak to the "Manager", he never appeared. I think he was too chicken to come out and face me and tell me that even though you have paid and you haven't received it, you can't get your money back. When I became agitated, they took me to a part of the store where there were no customers and the salesman went back to get the "Manager" again. He never appeared! He never came out to talk to me. The salesman said that he would be willing to give me a discounted rate off the $180 of $125. Now, does this make sense?

Paid for furniture ($180), Haven't received furniture, Rooms to Go hasn't delivered furniture and yet you want to give me a discounted rate off the money I have already paid you for services and goods you haven't rendered?!?!?

WARNING: If you buy the package and you don't like something or, in my case, haven't even received your furniture and you want a refund..... YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!

WARNING: The "room package" is not what it seems.... We purchased a room package from Rooms to Go thinking it was a good deal. They tables were out of stock... Delivery delayed for tables. They delivered the Sofa and Chair along with the lamps. After surveying the room, we realized we were not going to have enough room for the sofa table. We went back to the store, spoke to our salesman and asked if we could just get a refund for the sofa table since we did not need it. The cost of the sofa table was $249. The answer was no! According to Rooms to Go when you buy the package they discount all the pieces. The sofa table's discounted price was $180. This is fair, then we asked for the discounted price of the sofa table to be refunded. The answer was still no!

We haven't received the table, yet, we have already paid for it and we can't get a refund on something we haven't yet received???? How can this be??? When I asked to speak to the "Manager", he never appeared. I think he was too chicken to come out and face me and tell me that even though you have paid and you haven't received it, you can't get your money back. Never in life will I buy as much as a lamp shape from this store or company again. Bought the living room pkg w/50" TV took 5 weeks to get sectional with wrong chair. Suppose to receive TV 14 days after that going on day 24 no word. Customer service is an absolute joke good luck!

After reading all the reviews, I was extremely skeptical about purchasing from Rooms to Go in Frisco, TX. I have been looking for the perfect dining set, and it just so happens, they're the only ones in town who had it. With nervousness, I decided to go for it and purchased from them anyway.

I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the salesperson (Ms. S.) didn't follow me around the store like a puppy dog. I was shown where I can find what I was looking for and left alone, until I was ready with questions. Once I decided to purchase, Ms. S. checked availability and and a delivery date was scheduled. I made the purchase on Friday, and the delivery was for Monday.

On Monday, the dining set arrived as promised. There were 3 delivery persons, all very nice. Every piece was delivered without a scratch and the dining table put together in a flash. It was beautiful!

I feel bad that people had bad experiences with Rooms to Go. I am big on reading reviews about businesses/services and appreciate everyone's comments. Perhaps Rooms to Go has taken past complaints seriously and improved their service? All I can say about my experience is that it was a good one and I was definitely pleased.

Extended Warranty - I purchased two kids bedroom suits for my seven year old twins with an extended warranty. However, when I tried to submit a claim for a scratch and was advised that the warranty only replaced the furniture if there is a manufacture defect. This contradicts the information I was told by the salesrep. I've been trying since November 2009 to get the extended warranty canceled but I can't get through on the extended warranty number. The line just rings busy really fast.

Customer Service - Up until today I have had no issues with the customer service reps. However, today I got someone twice who either needs a long vacation or is in the wrong field. Rude and unhelpful.

Furniture - This is my first purchase with Rooms to Go,and last, but I have not had any issues with the furniture. So far I am pleased with it and it looks pretty good. The quality of their furniture has come a long way since I first visited their showroom back in the late 90's.

I found what I thought was the perfect sofa for my living room. Affordable and a great style. I sat on it and it was extremely comfortable. Sold.
After 2 MONTHS, it finally showed up at 6:15 p.m..(when they told me it would be an a.m. delivery) The delivery guys dropped it off and hauled ass in a hurry.
I unwrapped it, got it in the right spot and sat down. HARD as a ROCK! NOT t he same fiber/filling as the couch on display in the showroom. The floor is more comfortable to sit on.

This place is horrible. They did not deliver the parts for my bed to put together. It took over a week for them to get the parts here, and get a tech out to fix the bed. They do not care that I am upset and will refund nothing. - Do not shop there

WOW!! I feel like a fool. We just purchased a couch and a recliner. There is cheap stuffing hanging out and poorly sewn stitch lines. The salesperson was very deceptive regarding what the warranty covers, which is on the verge of nothing. Please, please, please shop elsewhere.

First off, rooms to go furniture is made in china. Ask any employee, ask any manager. It is shipped from china to the USA. Secondly, if you see a scratch in your furniture, please call them. I had to have a service technician come out to my house three times, and have to had replacements on my furniture now going on twice.

Please look elsewhere if you are going to purchase furniture, please please look elsewhere. It is not worth your time going home from work to inspect a delivery thats going to be messed up anyway. Look elsewhere, even if you have to spend a little more money, please please look elsewhere.

I just recently purchased a love seat that the handles came off exposing steel wire!! Incedently it's 3 months outside the 1 yr. warranty ( although I was told I had a 3 year extended warranty) it ws never explained to me as "fabric protection only" I called customer service and they told me "too bad , we already have our money ..call a reputible furniture company to fix it" ...REALLY, what a horrible way to handle your customers. I will NEVER purchase from them again.. I was even willing to pay to have one of their service techs come out to repair it and was told that those calls are only for "warranty customers" and they can't help me.

Two years ago I purchased a leather sofa. love seat, and recliner set from the rooms to go showroom in Arlington. I did not bother with the protection plan (anyone with half a brain and internet access will know most department/retail store protection plans are crap) and the sales person did not pressure me into buying it although he did offer it. The furniture still looks brand new to this day! Everyone compliments how nice the apartment looks, and love how comfortable the couch is. Rooms to go gave me a life time supply of the lotion to keep the leather looking nice and clean and it works *but you have to use it regularly* and I use mine once a month. Takes effort to keep furniture looking clean and new, not a warranty. So far my rooms to go furniture has survived a young Boston Terrier and Hedgehogs!

And just a month ago I bought a new bedroom set from the show room in Plano. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They also offered the protection plan (no pressure) I declined. The bedroom furniture arrived on time! One piece was broken, I called the customer service line to see if I could get a replacement, they will have it to me Wednesday. It only took one phone call, no questions asked, just good quick service. They even apologized that it would take more then two days to get the replacement! The furniture looks nice and sturdy. And if you take care of it, and use the right cleaners, it will stay that way. And if you want your furniture to stay nice don't have kids!! Or stick with the hand me downs until they are at an age where they don't tear everything up.
