This place over charged me and I called of course and Amy the manager treated me like I was the one who made the mistake. She was very rude. The food is not good enough to recieve this type of treatment. She made me bring a copy of my statement all the way to the resturant I had to take time out of my schedule for there mistake. I will never order from here again.

My husband and I love to order from here. We order at least once a week. We have never had a bad experience there. Once it took a while to get our order, but they were quick to resolve the problem. Pizza is great and the staff is always friendly. We will be long time customers.

EASILY the worst chinese food and service I have ever had. I called to complain and they were very apologetic..I was told to call back next time I wanted chinese and my order would be refilled. When I called back, I was treated like a fool by the owner. I was told I had no clue what I was talking about. I will not EVER go back to this restaurant.

CONS: Terrible food, terrible service.

As usual it was great. Amy was there, Joe was out. She is such a lovely person. The food was great, had 4 grand-kids with me and they loved it, also. We will continue to go there as often as we can.

I have used this place a few times and each time it is a different experience. I stopped ordering from here because I once got some lasagna that had rotten meatballs in it. You could smell the sour of the meat. I called and told them and all they said was OK. I stopped going. Then I recently got a flyer on my door so I went ahead and ordered. The food was good and the delivery was quick and the price was right.

PROS: quick, tasty, better service
CONS: be wary of spoiled food

I have lived in the neighborhood for 8 years now. Finally got my wife to eat here after begging for so long. Not a bad experience on our part. Service was great, meatball and spaghetti had just a little to much sauce for me, otherwise flavor was great. Can't beat their salads and prices are reasonable. Inside reminds me of grandma's house, nice and peaceful.

Ok. Everyone is prejudice of something! THE OWNER-Amy is prejudice of rude, belligerent, complaining, "What can I get for FREE people!" Personally if you are overly picky about FAST FOOD-then STAY HOME AND COOK! The owner of House of Pizza is well known. The Chinese food is GREAT. The pizza is good. The burgers, mm. The SPECIALS are unbeatable. Everyone makes mistakes and believe me the owners justify them. I used to work there and to the owner, AMY, customers are treated like royalty. But everyone has a limit! You will enjoy the food, the specials, the music and the perks!
