My husband and I needed a one-day rental and since this location is across the street from the dealer that had my husband's truck, we thought it would be convenient. We waited more than 30 minutes for a truck that was taken across the street (to the dealership) for a car wash, after we told them that was not necessary. We were told our insurance policy would not cover the rental and we would have to purchase insurance and we had to call our insurance agent to tell the clerk that was not the case and our policy would cover the rental. I've used Enterprise in the past and was very disappointed in this branch.
