Stay Away From These Guys

Their customer service is terrbile, response time is terrible, stay away. I went to these guys for a warranty repair once already and 7 months later they lost my paperwork and said that they could never figure out what was wrong with it. If it takes a person who repairs TV's for a living 7 months to tell me he cant figure it out the again.....STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

my tv has been at their location for over two weeks...after grilling them on the phone they could "have it ready the next day"...after getting to their office to pick put up my "repaired" tv, i asked to test it to make sure it worked (i had already paid and signed everything)....we went to test the tv and the MAJOR problem that the tv had been taken to them to fix hadn't even been looked at...they hadn't don't ANYTHING...they are a horrible company to deal with...AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. these reviews are spot on and should not be taken lightly.

Worst Customer Service

Had a Dennon Reciever that had a power problem, was told that it could be repaired in a few weeks......after several calls and 3 months later I received my receiver only to have it fail 2 weeks later. I ended up calling Dennon to complain, and was referred to anther repair center in NJ. I was able to send my receiver to them and I had it back 2 weeks later, completely fixed, as it has worked without problems for over a year now.

Cons: Poor Customer Service, unable to repair

I should have listened to the first review

Sent in an Onkyo receiver and paid $98.00 estimate charge upfront, which is ok. Was told it would take about one week to get estimate and probably on to two weeks to ship back to me. I did not here anything until I called 2weeks later and was told they were waiting on parts quote. Long story short, I was told weekly that parts came in weren't yet installed, parts still needed, etc., etc. One day I had two people call from Bammel with two completely different stories.9 weeks later I call and they inform me it has been ready several days(no effort to contact me at all). My distrust of these people is so great I would expect them to ship it back unrepaired. Avoid at all cost

Bad Service!

They won't return phone calls after those rare moments when you can actually talk to a human being on the phone. They "lost" my vcr for a month and then took 3 months to complete repairs.
If you want prompt, courteous service, look elsewhere.
