I've used other a/c services in town who not have not done the work done in a timely manner, but they lied to us that we needed $1000+ worth of equipment when we didn't. I switched to Air Specialists because they were close, and boy am I thrilled with them!
If they were on the other side of town, I'd still call them. They always come out quickly (even when they ARE on the other side of town), they always have gotten the job done same day no matter how complicated, if they don't have the parts they need they bend over backwards to make it right and STILL I've always gotten things done same day. I've had them out three times now (after lightening has blown out our equipment in the house repeatedly). Possibly four?
You can trust them. My guys always show me how to tell the work is actually done, they show me the old parts, and when compared to other estimates, don't come up with things to run the bill up. They want to keep things low because they want your repeat business and word of mouth. So trust them, use them, and then spread the word.
GOOD HONEST COMPANIES need your support, monitarily and by word of mouth. These guys are all that and more.
