I have been a customer of UPEX for over 15 years. Between two of my own cars, my wife's car, and several grown children that we help out from time to time, I am sure we have spent over $10,000 with this business over those 15 years so then I say 99.99% of the time they fix the problem right the first time and that other .01% they take care of without an argument, I know this from experience.
They are not the cheapest shop in town and they are certainly not the most expensive by any stretch. Job prices are established on flat rate labor hours at their labor rate WHICH IS FAIR! I have never had them run the bill up on me and they only do the work that needs to be done but they will tell you if something else is getting ready to fail and if fixing it now will save you a bundle on labor later! I love the service! They are also a complete parts house with pricing to compete with any of the large chains anywhere! The real bonus is after the first or second trip to UPEX they will know you by name.

I took my car to a body shop and they quoted me $400 and when I went to Upex not only did they order the parts I needed they also saved me $200 dollars!!

UPEX is the most honest repair shop I've ever been to. I took my car there after the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price. One of the problems turned out to be a blown fuse. UPEX only charged me 80 cents for the repaired fuse.
