Horrible! They sent an arrangement to my Sister that was not worth $30.00. We paid approximately $70.00. There were six flowers in the arrangement. It was embarrassing.

I went to Gunter's about one year ago for my wedding bouquet. I had no idea what I wanted and had been "pushed around" by other florists because I had no idea. All I wanted was a white bouquet. They took my mom and me to a little sitting room and had us look through pictures to see if we liked anything. I didn't really, so I told them to just make a bouquet that was white. This was about 4 weeks before the wedding. I also had them do my bridal portrait bouquet without any advice. They did a GREAT job on both of the bouquets and had a very reasonable charge. They did all the flowers for the wedding and it looked wonderful. We didn't have a huge centerpiece or anything because they didn't have time (and I didn't want one). If you plan to use them, book way in advance because they book up fast. They are great! A+++

This flower shop is located off of campbell road. It has a wondeful selection of slowers and the people are very helpful. I went in there to grab one flower to brighten a friends day and they wrapped it up for me very nicely free of charge, and i didn't even spend a lot of money. I would recommend this place very highly!!!

Flowers are fresh and service is great. you can find great vases in here and prices are reasonble too. I would definitely come here again since I was satisfied the first time.

Gunters provides excellent service and expertice. The selection of flowers and arrangements are second to none. Orchids are on display and you can always find a one of a kind vase.

Awesome orchids, you won't find in a big box store!

Everytime we travel to Dallas, we purchase a couple of orchids from Gunther's, sure they are more expensive than Home Depot's, but he has varieties you will never find in a big box store, or even in most nurseries! He always tells me the difference in care between the different varieties, and all of his plants I have purchased have flourished, unlike several I have bought at Home Depot or Lowes. It has become a landmark stop for me - something I look so forward to! I'm no orchid expert, but the way mine are growing and especially blooming, you might think that I was!! His orchids have even made it through the "scanner" at the airport, and the unfriendly airport security who did not like that I had a plant - of all things!! Next time, I'll wrap carefully and put in my suitcase, but I won't skip going to Gunther's. It is such a pleasure to visit his greenhouses and beautiful blooms, even if you don't purchase!

Orchids, orchids, orchids.. several greenhouses full, but not the best prices in town.

If you are looking for variety, Gunther's has a lot of choices when it comes to buying orchids in the DFW area. However, their prices are substantially higher than the big chains. Still, if you like to buy local, this is your place.
Pros: Variety & service
Cons: Located in Richardson, kind of off the beaten track..
