2 Reviews of Castillo's Mexican Restaurant in Mesquite ...Write yours here! TO SAD , No chips and salsa for me :[ By ROSE H. I thought I try it out because everytime I drove by I seen cars there . Well first of all I was NOT offered chips and salsa which I never received them either , that was to sad because I should not ask for it and also everyone after me entered the restaurant did receive chips and salsa .Well maybe only the regulars gets it .
