We had our wedding reception, with approximately 500 guests, at the Marriott Quorum and it was better than we could have ever imagined! The staff was professional, efficient and helpful. They were always available for us, and went above and beyond our expectations. The ballroom was decorated beautifully, and everything went so smoothly. We weren't aware of any problems because they handled it all so well! Our guests still talk about what a nice reception it was and how good the food was. We did a lot of researching on prices and were able to negotiate a good deal with them.
We also stayed there on our wedding night, in a suite and it was a large beautiful room. One of our guests loved the beds there so much that she and her husband contacted the hotel and found out what kind of mattress they use and bought the same one!
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering holding a large function in Dallas.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in addison,TX over the 4th of July holiday. Everything with the hotel is great except for the employees. We booked this hotel based on the fact that they offered to take us to Kaboom firework Celebration and bring us back to the hotel. Actually they left us at the Kaboom Celebration and refused to return and pick us up. We began calling them at 10:00pm because they told us the last pick up would be 11:00pm. Each time we were lied to and given the excuse that the driver is on his way. The hotel is only two blocks if you are driving in a car. To make a long story short, we had to walk down the side of Dallas Parkway at 12:00AM in the morning. It took us 30 minutes to walk back because we carried with us a large cooler, chairs, blanket, and purse. I was wearing shoes with heels and my feet were caloused when we returned. As we approched the front desk when we returned we explained what happened and we continued to get more excused and no apologies. I do not want this to happen to any other guest. the hotel front desk person continued to lie to us over the phone and one lady name Cynthia Papia hung up the phone in my face. My husbnd and I called the hotel at least 10 to 15 times during that 2 hr wait. Horrible employees with no care or concern for their customers.
