Gallery Furniture

I bought a living room suite.My experience with Gallery has been incredibly terrible! The price was great, but you better hope nothing is wrong with the items bought.I would not EVER recommend them to my worst enemy!

The commercials leave a lot to be desired but don't let that fool you. Their furniture is high quality items and their service is beyond great. On Thanksgiving 2007, I purchased a dinning table. It is so beautiful and well made. I had yet to pick it up from the second Gallery Furniture location when I got a call that another clerk and had sold my table by accident. Oh no, I thought.

I will have you knot the owner himself drove to his San Angelo location and picked the exact same table that very day and delivered it to me the night before Thanksgiving.

It just doesn't get any better then that for great customer service. They felt awful for the situation and the owner appologized to me. After what he did there was no appology necessary. Things happen but service like that is rare.

Go to both Gallery showrooms and spend all your time there because you will find what you want at great prices as well. The name brand stores have nothing on Gallery Furniture.
