Bazaar is a good store for costumes and wigs that lean towards professional quality. They have a great variety and quality, and the prices reflect that. Also, this is one of the few places (or only) in Austin you can buy professional stage makeup. The staff is helpful and very knowledgable. My only complaint is the location, it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and around Halloween even more so.
