I agree with the previous reveiwer, the service here is horrible. When I was looking to switch from pre-paid to a service agreement I was kept waiting for close to an hour and wasn't given good service so I walked out and they lost my business. It really annoys me when a company won't give you any service so they don't deserve the business!

I have never had quick service at this Verizon store...unless you are shopping for a phone - then they pounce on you. But if you need a service call, be prepared to wait. On a recent visit, there was only one person working at the service counter, and she was obviously new. The other person was out to lunch, but there were still a number of people "in the back" who would occasionally mosey out, look around and go back into hiding. I waited next in line for 25 minutes before someone from the sales desk asked me if they might help me. Then they wrote up a service order there, on the spot. Why they couldn't offer this earlier is beyond me. I really dislike having to go to this Verizon store, but it is the closest one and when my husband's cell phone needs service, this is where he sends it.
