The work they do is of great quality and they're willing to make modifications to the floor plan as they have done for us. The only frustration with the modification is the bookshelves had some impossibly small shelves which can't hold much. The sales person we had was flakey, but she is no longer with the business. After 10 years in this house, it's holding up well. It has a few cracks from the foundation shift, but can't complain. Our kitchen shelves aren't the greatest as the size doesn't work well. The master closet could've been done better to make better use of space. The backyard was sloped. We didn't expect that nor did we think to ask -- since it was our first home.
