was sitting around at a new years party listening at a group of people talking about the way your employers are treated,I was amazed ,do yall know this is a small town and word spreads this cannot help your business,I will no longer be bringing my cars to be serviced

Kwik Kar did not have a customer comment webpage so I guess I have to comment on their service here. Kwik Kar had very friendly service. The manager was very polite, courteous, and quick! When it was time to pay, I was informed that my standard 5 quart oil change with synthetic oil was going to $81!!! After the assured me there was no mistake on the bill, I demanded to speak to the manager and ask why I wasn't informed that my oil change was going to cost me close to $100. The only response I received was "I apologize, but these are the prices the company charges." I responded that Walmart and other competitors would charge $50 or less for the same service. As I predicted, he replied "but, you get what you pay for." I'm sorry to say, but other places can remove/replace the drain plug and fill up oil just as good as Kwik Kar can. I will not be coming back to get $80 oil changes. Absolutely ridiculous!

I would like to start off by apologizing to any of our customers whom have had a bad experiance at this facility.I can do this because I know how the service has changed over the years. It has gone through some very rough and drastic changes and affected our customers in the worst of ways.I was there when the service was considered "The Best In Alvin", I left and went to another store and 4 years later I have returned and see and feel the loss.I just want a chance to let the loyal friends we once had as customers know that it is now back to the way it was 4 years ago. Kellie And David are now back and plan to stay. I can only hope we will earn the trust and respect we had back from you guys/gals. Again,I apologize...and hopefully I will get the chance to tll each of you "WELCOME BACK TO THE BEST IN ALVIN"

Two weeks (6/22/2006) ago I had all brakes changed and two rotors replaced. I took it back to the establishment, and they said further repairs needed to be done. I did not feel like I needed to pay, because they did a point check and told me everything was fine. They were negligent in their service and expect me to pay again? The gentleman did offer me discounts, but I feel like this should not have happened considering the amount of money I have already paid them for the repairs. They did not do a good job on their service and do not do a great job at listening to the customer or doing point checks. I would like to have this noted that they are irresponsible and give bad brake service, and do not complete their job. I believe they half way do jobs, and then when the customer comes back in, they want to charge the customer for something else different when it should have been taken car of in the first place. Also, the gentleman told me that he could not fix my car the day I brought it in. (7/8/2006). It was only 1:30 p.m in the afternoon. He said he had to order parts. I did not believe him considering the job was incomplete and my tire was smoking. They have and give bad brake service, and do not honor their contract. If they even have one. I basically feel like the door was shut in my face with no options. Especially driving home with a burning tire. I went to Just Brakes and they showed me where they did not replace my rotors, and told me that the calipers come with the brakes anyway. Kwik Kar told me I had caliper problems, which I think they did not put on when they were changing my brakes. Or they should have saw that anyway when they were putting on new brakes. Just Brakes also gave me information from the manufacturer that Kwik Kar should already know about and honor. They did not. Kwik Kar did not complete the job,they claim they did. Kwik Kar wanted more money out of me, even though they sabotage my truck. Plus the gentleman said it was his first day there. Now you tell me, what does that have to do with my burning truck? Thank goodness for the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office, and Insider Pages.

What a nice change of pace... while waiting for my oil change I sat inside and didn't feel like I was in somebody's dirty garage. Cushioned wicker chairs, an exceptionally clean restroom, and the cashier was very pleasant to chat with.

As a woman in "man world" I often feel that I'm being taken advantage of when it comes to my lack of knowledge of the workings of cars. I felt a twinge of that when the guy told me I needed work on my something-or-other, but that I should talk it over with my husband first. Eh?

He also liked to put down the last place I had my oil changed, saying they use inferior oil, they don't do this or that... etc. I really prefer not knocking the competition, but understand it's business.

They were pretty fast and very friendly. Making women comfortable in the waiting area is a good idea, and it made me want to come back. Unlike some tire places, but that's another review.
