These guys are great. I had severe front bumper damage from a driver that backed-up into my SAAB 9-3 convertible. The staff at Fix a Wreck were super friendly and very professional. I spoke with the owner, Kenny Trattner, and he was a pleasure to deal with. My insurance company did not want to cover the entire repair and Kenny negotiated the repairs on my behalf. My car was in 2 accidents in 2 months and my insurance company sent me to Fix a Wreck so I got to know them pretty well. The first was a hit-and-run that damaged the front end of my SUV and the second was from someone in a turning lane going straight and plowing into the side of my SUV. With both repairs, you'd NEVER be able to tell that anything had ever happened. They did the repairs in a reasonable amount of time (a little over a week the first time, but there was SIGNIFICANT damage under the hood and to the grill and under a week the 2nd time when they had to replace an entire door). The receptionist is the owner's husband and they often have their baby girl in the shop with them so there's definitely a "family owned" feel to the place.
