Worthless, Weak Management, Kids that dont Care
If youre a great looking women with an nice car you go to the front of the line. If your a 20 year boy with a Jap-Sports car you go to the front of the line. Setting an appointment is a waste as they were forty five minutes behind schedule until I got up and told them about the hot chick and frat-boy. Every one else gets treated like crap. They do not follow instructions and dont care how you leave.

I damaged two of my wheels and one tire and had them replaced at this location. The next time I drive the truck I find out that the front lug nuts on one of the wheels they changed out are extremely loose. Four I could turn by hand and the other I got at least one full turn with the tire wrench before it became tight. Also my ABS light came on for my brakes. When I brought the truck in for them to lock at I expected at least some or maybe even a little concern their actions almost cost me and six family members to lose the left front wheel of my truck going down the interstate at 70 miles per hour instead of denying any involvement at all. I brought it to my mechanic and ended up spending a lot of money repairing the ball joints on my front wheels and an ABS sensor on my truck which I cannot prove was caused by the loose wheel but it sure is coincidental that they went out at the same time. I will never use this store again for any reason.

This place is not equipped with men that know how to deal with women. I have had to go in other dealerships to get their mistakes taken care of. They put tires on my car that I did not buy and never informed me that they would be doing this. I called 2 days in a row asking for a special tire and they kept telling me they had it and the guy had his hand on it as we spoke. I went right over and had 2 tires put on the front of my car. Well, as soon as the keys were handed back to me and I was thanked. I walked over to the car to find a totally different brand of tire. Then when asked why they did not have the correct tires on the car. They seemed to not know and then the manager said they didn't have the right tire. So it took me 3 weeks and a different dealership to get what I paid for.

Every time I have to go in it is always so very busy in this particular Discount Tire BUT they are always as fast as they can be and are always very nice. The place is clean and the staff knows what they are doing. It is not the fastest so if you are in a hurry I would not run in expecting to run out but they are very good.
