Little Watch Shop is the best watch repair shop I have ever used. They are conscientious and provide high quality service, with a bit of old Montrose style . May "spare" waatch quit running and today I took it in to see what was wrong and they made a simple adjustment at no charge since I am a regular customer.

The Little watch shop was able to repair a valued Omega that I have in my collection, but the repairs costs more than the watch and took several months. I think it's the place to go for a one of a kind piece, but I can't say that I can afford to use them again

Although they are a few blocks from my home, I will NEVER give them my business again. They charged me $25 to tell me that they couldn't fix my watch. I complained about the charge and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, they called me at home and were very rude to me.

I've taken several of my rolexes and Tags to this place. The staff is eclectic, but they know what they're doing. The service was super fast, and the pricing was comensurate with the other shops in the area. They do excellent work, so you should check them out.
