I've been getting laser treatments since last year (I have 2 more treatments left) I notice the difference of hair in the areas treated since the beginning! I am until now very please with the results, I still shave but the hair is much less that before when I was waxing and shaving. I hope that by the end of the 6th treatment I won't need shaving anymore.The treatments are very painful is true but waxing is painful too!I've had a rude tech once that denied me treatment because I had sun exposure but overall I've been treated well by the staff, they great me on time and I don't wait long before the treatments.I would recommend Smooth Solution to anybody, their prices are very affordable.

I did the hair laser removal on my underarms. It was extremely painful and it did not work at all. I still have to shave everyday. I went to 7 or 8 treatments. I was going to complain but I didn't want to endure any more pain and realized it just doesn't work.

After getting my 6th and final treatment of laser hair removal.... I have not seen ANY reduction in hair growth. My "bikini zone" hair is now slightly less coarse, but it's all there. I'm scared to pay more to keep going, because I am not sure if it works!

Has anyone else had this result?

I was a faithful customer (microdermabrasion, $39 a visit, purchased treatment in bundles) for almost 1 and half years until a month ago. The people they are hiring seem to be less experienced, knowledgeable, and incompetent. Once you become comfortable with a particular staff and their technique, they somehow leave. It is true, they have a HUGE turnover rate in terms of their employees. Not going there anymore. My last microderm left my face with cat scratches and burns. It took my face almost 2 weeks to heal!! They are very cheap, but I rather pay the extra money and have it done correctly.

Do not go here staff is very unprofessional and gross!!!! Yes they are cheap but u get what u pay for, and when it comes to a laser being put on my body I know now to spend the extra 50-100 bucks and get it done right the first time!!!!!!!!

Its' a terrible place. I wouldn't be surprised if the "good" reviews below were posted by their own employees. Their technician burned my legs and my stomach, even though I complained to her about the pain and redness (yes, like those stories you always here about). It was clear that she did not know what she was doing, and the guy that runs that place admitted that she made a mistake. Seven months later, I STILL have dark spots on my legs and my stomach.

They told me that they intentionally crank up the lazer to make their treatments more effective than other hair removal places.

Yes, they are cheap. But you pay with your safety. They have a big turnover in their personnel, probably because they get paid very little. The result is that you end up entrusting your body to untrained personnel.

The doctor that manages the place has previously filed a legal action against the state of texas trying to prevent passing of a law that would recuire hair removal technicians to be licensed. The lawsuit's name is "Dr. Steven Finder, Dr. Kimberly Finder, & Smooth Solutions, LP vs. Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, Cause No. GN400891.

I went to the Smooth Solutions for a consultation and I was surprised that even before they did a test patch, they started to talk about the money, commitment etc. As it turns out, THEY DO NOT DO A TEST PATCH ! Period. They claim that they are the oldest and most experienced laser hair removal center in all of Texas with the best technology, then why are they so afraid of doing a test patch?!?! They said I would have to get a full treatment done to see if it works for me or not. I do not want to expose any area of my body for a full treatment unless I know for sure that I am not going to have an adverse reaction to the laser. But the lady just did not budge and said that, "We are not for everyone. We do not do test patches. You might want to try another place if you require a test patch". WOW. i just grabbed my stuff and left. They are extremely suspect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I did my research before I got mine done. And smooth solutions was very accomodating, and economical. I definetely recomend it to anybody. Don't pay the high prices !! They use the exact same machines and technology for 1/10 of the price.

I have had laser hair removal at another "high end" place. They use the same machines, the techs are COMPLETELY friendly, knowledgable and professional. The prices are 1/3 to 1/2 off the "other" place I went. TRY THEM OUT before you pay high prices for these services! They even had a little spa party that I was invited to through a friend. They stayed late, explained EVERYTHING and were VERY accomodating!

This place is great! It is very cheap and the staff is very friendly. You wouldn't believe how much cheaper their prices are compared to the other Hair Removal companies out there.
