Burrows Cabinets

I recently bought a new home and used Burrows Cabinets. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the Cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is great, we had no problems with our order, everything was on time and correct. I Love the look of the cabinets and the way they upgrade my house to the next level. I would recommend them if you want quality work and cabinets that look great.

Please avoid Burrows Cabinets. They are liars, the quality of their cabinets are very bad and their services are awful.

The made all cabinets in my kitchen. Out of 12 doors, 4 doors are crooked. One drawer is bad, which goes off track when I opened it.
It takes them more than 1 month to bring me new doors and drawers. The color and style are completely different from the original doors. They are very reluctant to replace the door for me, which has different styles. They did replace the doors after another two months waiting. Then they told me that the style has been discontinued and they cannot do anything for me.

I have all the photos and paperworks so I can prove their faults. Anyone can tell me how to file my complaints to BBB? Please email me jason.whitestone@gmail.com
