Pro Scissors is an excellent value.

I've been going to Pro Scissors for many years now. Their staff change fairly regularly but that has never really had an impact on their service. The prices have remained consistent for the 10 years that I have been going there and its very easy to walk in and get your hair cut without an appointment.
