I so appreciate what Dr. LaChapelle and her fine staff have helped me accomplish! One year ago I could barely leave my home because of fatigue and mental fog. The Health Matrix staff provided many modalities of better health: nutrition & supplements along with therapies of the finest quality. Cravings for alcohol- a lifelong problem- were replaced with effective and healthier behaviors.

I always felt that their concerns for the pace of my progress were important to them. They listened and cared while providing me the guidance, education, therapies and remedies to move me along the path of progression to a healthier life and outlook on life... I have lost approximately 30#?s, feel great and much more in control of the direction of my life. Sometimes, I feel great! When I do what you say and follow your program, I feel amazing! I have been very committed to following your program and supplementation routine to the letter. I probably consume more wheat products than you would like however, the increased veggies and NO SUGAR has really made a difference! I don?t have those awful mood swings, or that lethargic feeling in the mornings!!

Also, yesterday I was really craving a Diet Coke and I told my wife that I would have just one! Well I have to say that it tasted so sweet and so awful to me, that I could not finish a 12 oz. can. That, to me, was such progress; I really felt like my body was saying this COKE is really not great for me!
Thanks for loving me so much and providing this opportunity to heal.

I knew the way I took care of my children medically had to change. Next to the ?quick fix?, medical doctors had literally no answers. I?m thankful that we were able to meet up with you and get a more detailed approach to what needs to be done to stay healthy the right way. I was so in search of a positive solution and with your approach I have seen results. I believe one must have good health in order to experience life fully. When I began treatment at the Health Matrix Natural Health Clinic, I was suffering from numerous health problems. Even though medical doctors had helped me as much as they could, I was so exhausted I was forced to quit my job. I am an 82 year old woman who had a compressed fracture of my back in May and spent six weeks in the hospital. Four months later, the only relief I was offered from the medical doctors was pain pills. After my first visit with Charlene at Health Matrix, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time since May. A few visits later, I experienced a whole day without any pain (my first since May). With Charlene's pain resolution suggestions and therapy, I can go to sleep quicker and make it through the day without the intense pain I had before. Also, I now use ice packs instead of pain medicine to improve my level of comfort! I feel better and my daughter tells me I look better without the "pain scowl" on my face. I am so glad I found Charlene. I am looking forward to more pain free days.

After 30 years of oral corticosteriod therapy (that?s a lot of cortisone!), one can imagine the physical complications that had to be dealt with on a daily basis. Seventeen years of complimentary medicine helped to ease some of the damage; but, when I started treatment with Dr. Veronica LaChapelle, my symptoms still included heart palpitations, shortness of breath, severe general pain, muscle weakness, bruising, uncontrollable weight gain, insomnia, and depression.

Within three days of beginning the neurotransmitter program I began to feel as if my muscles and spine were able to better support me and with a much lower degree of pain! In the first week, I experienced weight loss for the first time in 10 years!

As the program has progressed I've experienced much more clarity in thinking, improved sleep patterns while heart palpitations are almost completely gone! Also, my ability to observe myself and recognize personal areas that needed to change and adjust has improved. I am NOW at choice with my eating patterns; previously if I was angry, lonely, scared or bored food became a comfort to me and now it is much less of a focus resulting in a total weight loss of 39#. It has been 13 months since my son Timothy has been under your care, and I am reporting to you the phenomenal results that have occurred not only for him but also for us! With much gratitude to you, I would like to share his history so that you may share this to help make a difference for others.

Timothy had been in three different households when we adopted him at 15 months. He was malnourished, very hyper and non-focused. One doctor had diagnosed him with celiac disease.

We made significant progress with a child psychiatrist that specializes with angry children and later with a homeopathic doctor who helped us remove gluten from Timothy's diet; but, there was still lots of room for improvement!

Last year after being on your neurotransmitter precursor program for only 3 weeks, Timothy totally changed! His ITBS scores improved from 55 to 92. He is now a happy, inquiring child who is sensitive, caring and fun to be with! He is now an 11 year old 5th grader and has been actually mainstreamed out of Special Ed. Diet is still a very important aspect of promoting the good behavior.

While Timothy has actually seen you only TWICE, these results have been achieved over a distance of 900 miles!

In June, 2003, I started going to Dr. LaChapelle after countless visits to many different health professionals with no results for the lingering illness that plagued me for 11 years. The results of her examination showed that I had multiple intestinal parasites that had caused me to lose weight and energy. Under Dr. LaChapelle's care, I have added 30#! We are now detoxing heavy metals from my body and working to correct the damage done to all of my systems in order to move me closer to a healthy body balance.

Due to the many complexities of my illness, I haven't yet reached my desired level of health; but, I am encouraged by her determination and willingness to continually expand her knowledge to help me reach our mutual goal of optimum health.

I started this program 57 pounds overweight, having developed the proverbial pear-shaped physique. I had heard about the neurotransmitter program from some friends who were participating in it, but Health Matrix is in Texas; I live in Georgia. After contacting Dr. Veronica LaChapelle I discovered I would need just this kind of approach to weight loss.

I've been following the program faithfully since May 18. In the first 10 weeks I lost 32 pounds, and in the last 8 weeks I've lost an additional 12 pounds and am now nearing my goal weight, having become a shadow of my former self and loving it! In the process I have discovered that my body requires considerably less food. Furthermore, the program has benefits other than weight loss. I was recently tested and found marked improvement in a number of areas that had previously showed stress. I am feeling more balanced as well as clearer both mentally and emotionally. I have been perimenopausal for 11 "glorious" years! During that time I have tried virtually everything that western, eastern and alternative medicines have had to offer. My severe mood swings, RABID irritation & general malaise were alleviated on occasion, but I never felt "normal". Dr. V has addressed my entire body function including neurotransmitters & hormones. My health was compromised by a neck injury three years ago; plus, I have low thyroid and allergies. I was taking 1100 mg of Neurontin for neck pain, Synthroid for thyroid and Clarinex and Nasonex nasal spray for allergies.

I was introduced to Dr. Veronica LaChapelle by a friend and had my first consultation in the fall of 2005. Then, I had two final amalgam dental fillings removed and Dr. LaChapelle guided me through an oral metal detoxification program. I also began a protocol of vitamins, herbs and homeopathic remedies, natural hormone rebalancing, a series of therapeutic massages and detoxifying footbaths at her natural health clinic and bought an air purifier recommended by her for my home.

Dr. LaChapelle suggested I visit a network chiropractor who has helped me a lot.

For the first time in my life I did not take an antibiotic for urinary tract and bronchial infections. Dr. LaChapelle took action against these illnesses through natural means, confirming much better control over my health.

Dr. LaChapelle suggested a diet change along with a protein drink and natural anti- inflammatory herbs plus other supplements. I no longer take Neurontin or Clarinex allergy medicine.
