Golden Acres Campus

The care is inconsistent and getting worse. The food is mediocre. Employee morale is non-existent. The management is a lying pack of wolves in sheeps' clothing. They are far more concerned about money than they are their patients. The hallways stink of poop, and the windows are so dirty you can't see out of them.

While I am just beginning my care experiences with Golden Acres for my aging mother I have been very impressed with the front office admissions support and the nursing care staff. It is making a tough emotional experience much easier to deal with.

For so many decades, Golden Acres has taken care of generations of Dallas' seniors, and has also cared for disabled individuals who simply didn't qualify to live elsewhere.

PROS: Wonderful care, professional, experienced staff.
