I've been a customer for several years, and they missed a week. When I called to let them know (I didn't care - I just didn't want to get charged.) They argued, accused me of making things up, they denied things they had already said, said I was the one with the problem...I wrote a letter to the owner to complain, and I never heard back.

They charged my account and I cancelled my account.

Provided by a ServiceMagic User in Carrollton, TX, who used Lawn Mowgul to Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping.

They made it very simple and the people answering their phones were very curtious. The men mowing the lawn were extremely fast and respectful of my family!
