I was told by this dentist, Dr. Cerelli that I needed a root canal. I scheduled my apt. and when I came I had to wait over 45 minutes efore being taken back. When the dentist came in he said that I didn't need a root canal just a filling (I assume because he was so behind he didn't want to take the time to properly treat my teeth). The next day I was in so much pain and called back. They told me I needed a root canal and to come back. So now I have to come back to get the procedure I originally needed. During the root canal the dentist chiped a tooth and completely gouged another (and not that tooth needs a crown). They could not get my crown to fit, they made two different ones, and I believe they just gave up, but I can fit my fingernail down into my tooth between gum line and crown. I NEVER was told that I needed antibiotics nor was I given a prescription. I now have to spend all of the money I already spent again to have everything fixed. I have tried calling the number given to me to report this complaint and no one calls me back. I should not be surprised, they didn't care about me as a patient, why would they care now. I am highly unsatisfied with this dental office and dentist. Save your self money and pain don't go there.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a business, period. When I got my root canal, the dentist repeatedly had to tell the assistant the same thing, and actually took her hand to show her how to do something. He told her to make sure I got a prescription for an antibiotic, which she didn't, and I had to ask for it at the front desk. When I made my payment, I paid partly in cash, which the woman "forgot" to put on the receipt. My temporary cap broke after one week, and they said they wouldn't give me any money back for it because I should have come back in to get it repaired. They told me the cleaning was included in the price, then charged me for it. I paid cash, then decided to get the cleaning somewhere else. They said I would have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund check, which I told them was ridiculous. After several phone calls, they refunded my money out of petty cash. I will not go back to this office, and I would strongly discourage anyone from getting any work done there.
Had family dental plan for 4 years. During this time, my kids' filling and caps fell out repeatedly. The bridge work they installed for me fell out after 1 year. I suspect they cut corners with the bonding products. If my current dentist can substantiate my claim of fraud and malpractice, I intend to sue.
My wife was supposed to get a root canal, but the office forced her to reschedule. It seems that once my check cleared that she became just another number and not a person to them. She is in a lot of pain, but they didn't seem to care. Once the root canal is completed (whenever that will be), we will be finding a new office.
The dentist I saw here was good, BUT she had to reschedule me to a later date to do my procedure. I made an appointment, having already paid a copayment for the procedure. The next day I got a call from them saying that the doctor with whom I had an appointment had moved and was not going to be able to see me at the appointed time. I would have to make a new appointment. I told them that if they are going to charge people for missing appointments, then it's very bad business to cancel people's appointments. I asked for a refund and proceded to call a new dentist. I was lucky enough to find one that would see me the next day, but when I called the insurance company to switch my primary care dentist, they told me that since Woodlands Dental Care would be billing my insurance company, even though they did not do anything to help me, I would have to wait until the end of the month (all while suffering tooth pain) or pay for the new dentist's office visit. All in all, it seems that Woodlands Dental Care just wants to make their bucks, and doesn't seem to care about what is in the best interest of patients.
From the time that I arrived at the office the staff was very kind and helpful. I was a little reluctant to visit this office after reading some of the reviews, but because there were limited Dentists on my insurance plan, I decided to go and I called and scheduled an appointment. I had a really great experience from start to finish. Even though they were very busy, the staff was still extremely friendly. The Doctor was great and made me feel at ease and I am so happy I went to this office. It is a beautiful office and I am a very satisfied customer. Great place!
I have been a patient of Dr. Cerelli for a year or so now. Every experience is wonderful and his manner and professionalism is outstanding. Everyone there has made me feel world class in every aspect. Finding a dentist that my whole family likes should have been a tough venture; however, since I began the venture there, it was very easy. We all love Dr. Cerelli and would and do recommend him to family, friends and coworkers. Call a few weeks in advance for normal procedures, he is popular and it may be a few weeks prior to seeing him. However, I have had an emergency and was seen at my arrival time, no wait, no hassles, no problems. Highly recommend Dr. Cerelli.

I had a hard time finding a dentist that my children, my husband, and I felt comfortable with. I went to Woodlands Dental Care by a recommendation from a co-worker and I was not disapointed. We never have to wait long, the exams are quick, and the dentists there are all very nice. They work hard to get you in to an appointment that fits your time and needs. I am so happy to have found this office!
