I have lived at 3 properties over the last 8 years. They have all been great. Met many knew friends and really enjoy the smaller feel of a quaint building.
Lived at 3 different buildings in the downtown Dallas area. Currently looking to buy but will miss my neighbors.
Moved here from Chicago. Cant say good things about this place. Glad I chose to move here in 2009. Really happy with Power Properties and my new neighborhood.
I bought a condo at Bella Gardens after living at the Verandas for 2 years. I enjoyed both. I was ver fortunate to have bought at Bella early to take advantage of the great lease credit program that Power offered. Currently, I live in Miami but I still keep my place for when I come to Dallas to see friends and family
Great property.. the first one I saw of many before I came and leased. The staff is great and Kristain the leasing agent found me the perfect place for me.
Everyone has been great. I love the area as well as the properties. I moved from Addison and was tired of big complex feel.
