Fashion Park Cleaners is conveniently located in Cinco Ranch, They offer friendly service and quick turn around. However, convenience, friendly staff and quick turn around is more than offset by very poor service on shirt laundering. Shirts come back looking like they have been slept in, collars are not turned down and pressed properly. Fashion Park Cleaners also likes to use plastic clips to clip the shirt cuffs together as well as put them on the collars to mask poor pressing techniques. The owner admitted that my shirts were poorly finished but told me that was the best they could/would do. This drycleaner definitely needs to focus more on quality than volume and quick turn around. I finally gave up on them and am looking for another.
