Crestview Corners Car Wash

I had my vehicle inspected at this car wash in January on a Wednesday. That folowing Saturday, I went to get gas, and discovered that the person who did my inspection both locked and stripped my gas cap. I could not get it open.

I returned and asked the person who inspected my vehicle to fix it, and after inspecting it and realizing it was not something he could fix quickly, told me that it was already broken, and that he did not have time to deal with it.

I went inside and got the manager, who, was more than willing to help me. It took a screwdriver to ream out the lock and pliers to get the gas cap off.

I have been a customer of this carwash for many, many years, but it was the statement made by the vehicle inspector about not having time, that caused this car wash to lose my busness.

During lunch one day I had some time to kill so I pulled into Crestview car wash and I would have to say the service was great. There was no line and they did a great job on the exterior and interior of my car. I was surprised to fine my car was capable of being so cleanand nice. The new car scent that I choose was a good choice that lasted for a while. I would definately go back.

This is a little local car wash that has been around for a while now. They offer competitive prices. And they always accept coupons from other car washes. I never pay over 12.00 for a full service wash. They also offer state inspections too.

I had my car washed at Crestview on 12/30/07 and had a very bad experienceas they made NO ATTEMPT to meet my expectations. They damaged my car and refused to give me the owners name or phone number. I would never recommend a business that won't accept responsibility for damage thay have caused.The person who opened the drivers side door sprung the door latch when he vacuumed the interior and the door began making very loud popping noises. A guy named Wayne looked at my car door after I informed the cashier of the damage. He indicated he didn't know how the door was sprung and told me the door was already open when he got in it at the vacuum station and noticed it wouldn't stay open on. He DID NOT mention hearing any loud noise or popping in the door panel until he heard it while assisting me. He shook the hinge until the noise stopped, so I mistakenly thought it was OK and I left. The next morning I opened the car door and it popped very loudly again and it created a dent from the inside pushing outward. When I took the car back Wayne acted as if he knew nothing about it. I told him that someone who worked at CRESTVIEW CORNERS CARWASH sprung the latch and he knew it from our previous conversation. He said it wasn't his fault and walked away. The cashier was friendly until she knew I had a complaint, then she would not give me the owners name, just a PO BOX number. I would recommend a car wash that has some sense of responsibility for damage they've caused, certainly not CRESTVIEW.
