I was misinformed about my room situation and was very dissatisfied even though I booked the hotel rooms 3 months in advance. I was lied to about the adjoining rooms multiple times. Was literally yelled at by the front desk worker and when I asked to speak to the General Manager, she was very rude. Usually I have great experiences with Holiday Inns but this has severely hurt that relationship. I highly suggest staying at another hotel while in Columbus, Texas.
