Beauty Store & Salon

I had a problem with a product, and these folks were the BEST. They worked with me, and went above and beyond what I expected with their customer service. Darryl (regional manager, I think?) worked out a great solution, and Beth, the asst manager, handled my exchange. I would definitely recommend this store--plus, this is the only place in Austin where you can get Cellex-C products!

This is a great place to pick up the products you need. I have found many things here I can't live without. I like their punch card for discounts as well.

With regard to the store, they seem to carry everything you need for your hair and skin. For such a small store, they seem to have everything I am looking for. They do carry a handful of high end products, but I tend to shop for middle of the road products. They have a large selection of nail polish colors and brands as well.

With regard to hair stylists, I went to one for about 1 year. The price was very reasonable...then one day he just butchered my hair. Even though I was unhappy he still made me pay full price. I decided it was time for a new stylist and I looked elsewhere.

I would definitely recommend them for your beauty supply needs. They also have a frequent shopper card that gets you discounts.

Any female who cares about her tresses (and skin, too!) will tell you that the Beauty Store is one of Austin's best beauty supply stores. It carries medium-end (Nioxin, Biolage, Sebastian) to high-end (Phillip B., Terax) hair care products, as well as a vast selection of OPI and Nicole nail polish, a vast array of skin care, and misc. baubles and trinkets for the ears, wrists and neck. This particular location has a great set of stylists whom I use on occasion whenever I feel the need to get my hair dyed. Keep an eye on the two for one and 50 percent off sales - it is worth the trip.

PROS: Huge variety of just about everything beauty related; great sales.
CONS: None I can think of.

I always seem to need a specific hair care item, and it is so great to have a store like the Beauty Store to be able to go into, and pick from a variety of products to choose from! They always have what I need in stock! Great store, great customer service!
