I was very displeased with there lack of customer service, would not take an appointment said they took walkins until 6
then when i got there at 5 till would not see me because they wanted to leave early. a total lack of regard for the customer
and very poor customer service.

Best location

There is a lenscrafters closer to my house but i much rather go to this location because they have a staff who will do anything to make you happy. I am the type who doesn't want to spend to much money but i want a name brand lense and the associates here did everything they could to make that happen. Not to mention they have tons of lenses to chose from.
