I've been bringing all my cats to Century Animal Hospital for 25 years. Dr. Nairn is an outstanding vet, caring, supportive and always researching to find the latest treatment. I had one cat with frequent urinary infections, other vets said she wouldn't live 6 months. With Dr. Nairn's care she had another 5 healthy, high-quality years. Dr. Nairn's colleagues at Century Animal Hospital are also excellent. The vet tech's are wonderful - kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to teach. They taught me how to give subcutaneous fluids and were very patient with me. Century Animal Hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, which means it meets their high standards for continuous education, in-house lab facilities, and pharmacy, emergency care, cleanliness, ability to perform surgeries, etc. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian in Austin.

I have taken two dogs and one cat to Century Animal Hospital over the past 6 years for routine vet services and one emergency surgery. I have always found their care and services to be top-notch. My animals love Drs. Nairn and Boehnke, even my very persnikety cat. The technicians and receptionists are very good and personable, and I am amazed that they always remember my name. On the downside, their services are sometimes higher than other vets, but as the doctors themselves are tending the animals for every procedure and they always take the safest route possible with the health of your pet, I feel their prices are worth it.
