We had our car worked on here a few times and everything was satisfactory. BTW, if you get tires from them it has been our experience that it is well worth getting their extra warranty, we've used it several times. Our tires are expensive so it is really a good investment. I know a guy who has gotten his trailer tires here and he just raves about the customer service he consistently gets. Do review individual locations on sources such as these, as we had a horrible experience at another Discount Tire, which admittedly from all our experience with many different locations seems to have been a remote incident with that one location and manager.

We have used Discount Tires many times for various services, and each time have had a wonderful experience. Service has been very fast considering most times the lobby has been full. No one changes tires faster than Discount! We've also purchased tires there as well and there's no better deal in town than benefiting from replacement tires (when the time comes) when you've bought your tires from Discount. You can't beat the price!

I had bought tires that were already mounted on a wheel off of ebay. I took them to Discount expecting them to charge me to put them on my car..Nope they charged me NOTHING!! They were great. The wait was a little long, but I didn't mind since it was free.

Discount Tire, this is a really nice tire place to go to. They are priced a little higher than Wal-Mart but also have a guarantee on all tires. Free rotation and balance of the tires. They even sell used tires, but are always low in stock. When you get there, they greet you at the counter and ask to see your car and what price you are looking for. They try to sell you the best tire for Texas weather.
