We were referred to Long's Windows & Doors, LLC by a CPA who had had them install windows in a large ranch style home which serves as their business office-they were glowing in their praise. We met with Chris Long (this is a father/son business), and we are so glad we hired Long's to install Sunrise energy-efficient windows in our home in October 2008. Our electricity bills dropped substantially. We recommend Long's very highly.

Long Fence and Windows of the DC metro region is a very bad company. They donot honour the commitment and they do not abide by any contractual agreements. They are the worst company I have come across. They are not at all customer friendly. I hope the Long Windows in Texas is a different company than the LongFenceandhome.com company in the DC metro region. If it is the same, then beware of the Long Windows guys. The sales man are the biggest liars and the company itself is a very unethical and unprofessional company

Long's was recommended by a friend when we needed window and door replacement. This is a small, family-owned business. Mr. Long and his son, Chris, come out to do the work. The window installation was difficult because of the siding on the house, but they worked very hard to get it done. Unfortunately, there were some manufacturing defects in both the windows and the door which required frequent return visits. They did not complain, but just came out and worked on the problems until they were resolved. We continued to have problems with the door, so they came out and replaced the door with an upgraded product and installed at no charge a storm door I had purchased. This is extraordinary customer service! I recommend them without reservation. By the way, they have stopped installing doors because of the frequent manufacturing defects in those products.

We had one door and seven windows replaced in our home, January 2008. Couldn't be more pleased... the Sunrise windows line distributed by Long's is the best. Our new windows make the house more comfortable and visually appealing!

We regret that Jennifer G. Did not have a good experience but she did not use Longs Windows and Doors. We do not do glass replacement, never have. We also have never done a job in Justin, Tx. or for a Jennifer g.

These guys are ok in my opinion about the glass that they install. We had a hail storm a few years back and we had them put all new windows in the ones that the hail had messed up. We had to hae them come out several times just to have them reseal it. It was annoying in the long run. I just wish they would have done it right in the first place.
