Marshall Motors is a place with no integrity! Read my horrible experience below...
Last week I saw a great deal for a full synthentic oil change plus 32 point inspection in "less an an hour" on Groupon. It was from Marshall Motors. I went ahead and made a purchase and called them up to make an appointment and the guy asked me if I had a coupon. I told him I purchased the deal from Groupon and this guy goes on and on about how it was a deeply discounted deal and that it could take up to 2 1/2 hours! I tell him that their ad states that they will do it for "less than an hour." He and I argued back and forth for about 30 minutes and he finally tells me that he'll find out and get back to me on Monday.(today) Come Monday, I don't get a phone call all morning so I call them and some other guy answers and makes an appointment for me and tells me it would take about 30 to 45 minutes for an oil change plus 32 point inspection.(I didn't tell him it was a Groupon deal this time) Same day in the afternoon I finally get a call from the first guy and he tells me that the Groupon made a mistake in stating "less than an hour." (Really? Then Groupon just came up with "less than an hour" statement? I don't think so.) I told him I made an appointment with another guy and this guy tells me there is no appointment (really?) and that the does not know who worked around lunch time and made an appointment for me which was merely few hours ago! Then he tells me to go ahead and get a refund from Groupon if I don't like it and basically hangs up the phone. I call up Groupon and explain the situation and they tell me that they would not list any service detail not provided by the advertiser and gave me a full refund.
I want all consumers to know that if these people lie about a small service like this to a new customer, I wonder how much they lie about other bigger services and rip off their customers.
You know how sometimes after a small experience like this with a business you get a sense of how the rest of their business would be like? This was definitely one of those experiences! Over an hour wasted with a bad taste in my mouth!
I would NEVER recommend Marshall Motors to ANYONE! I would rather pay a little more and get my oil change done else where!

All I can say is that I wish I would have found them years ago.They know more about my C240 than the dealership I had been taking it to for service in the past. Example of their integrity, January gave me a quote for work that had been done on my car but forgot to add in the labor...she honored that quote without the labor! What a blessing to have found Marshall Motors.

January and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my 89 300SEL to them and they were able to fix my car quickly and correctly. January was also nice enough to give me further advice over the phone. I trust January and her staff.

When I try to explain to friends why I'm willing to drive across town for Marshall Motors to work on my car the only analogy I can think of: Marshall Motors treats my auto with the same care I have received from my GP for the last 20 years. When I visit my doctor I know that they have a complete file on my every visit, medication and test results. He knows who I am and my condition before I come to his office. His focus in solely on what is best for me and he has even taken an oath that he is committed to do his best in always giving me his highest quality care. I knew that I was blessed to have found such a physician. I never thought it was possible to also find a car service equal to his degree of excellence. Marshall Motors is as important and highly respected as my doctor. When I replace my current automobile I will seek there care in helping me to make the best decision possible.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Marshall Motors. They have kept my old jalopies running since 1983 - when I was lucky enough to happen upon their shop.
Their detailed records came in handy when a tire shop over-tightened my wheels. Their attention to every possible problem my little old cars might develop has enabled me to take long trips worry-free.
I totally trust their integrity, diligence, and knowledge. I'm hoping that January and Thom will stay healthy and that Marshall Motors will stay in business for many years to come - as I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else.

Marshall Motors is great! They have helped me out to many times to list.January is really smart and great to work with ,very understanding and helpful.I love the tech's in the shop, they are very knowledgeable and consciences, very clean and they put all kinds of protection on the car to keep it clean, they even wash and detail it WOW, I've never had a shop do that. They always keep me informed about whats coming up on my cars so i can keep them running good ,they never push you to do stuff, but they have worked with me several times in emergency's to get me back on the road again.The whole crew at Marshall Motors has never steered me wrong .

Marshall Motors has always been there when I needed assistance from being "dead in the road" after 5:00 PM to being broad sided in down town Dallas. They sent the tow truck and stayed at their offices until we got there with the key I forgot to give to the tow truck driver. They always go that extra mile to get my ML320 out of the shop when it needs attention just before a holiday weekend to the family ranch in the Texas HillCountry. They are the best!!

I have been a customer of Marshall Motors and have had the pleasure of dealing with Thom and January for roughly 20 years. I have historically called them in "crisis-mode" and they have never failed me! They've sent tow trucks to pick me up. They've waited after hours for my car to arrive. They've delivered my working car back to my office - sparkling clean. They've always been up-front about costs, etc. and Thom has always dealt with me honestly when it came to what my car "needed to have done" and what would be "recommended" for its age, etc.
Marshall Motors has come through for me time and time again. They're worth every penny!
