BEWARE!! AWFUL!! The staff is very rude and will HARASS you constantly to try to get you to buy more lotions and to sign up friends (as if you work for Planet Beach)!! They are also all VERY stupid and will screw your account all the time.... and they LIE about perks they will give if you bring in referrals. They sell you a "VIP" membership that is twice the price of the regular...and there is ONLY 1 VIP BED!!! So, basically, you never get to use it, unless you make an appointment, and even then the staff is too stupid to keep track of appointments and there is someone tanning in the ONE vip bed when you arrive. THE MAJOR PROBLEM is that the owner LIES consistently about getting new bulbs for the beds. WARNING - you will NOT get any color at this salon. I don't think the bulbs have ever been changed since it opened. The owner is VERY CHEAP!!! Also, ANOTHER WARNING... there is a $50 cancellation fee!!!! That is ABSURD. NO tanning salons charge you for terminating!!! I'm recommending that everyone I know cancel their membership there and sign up elsewhere... it's worth the $50 because you waste a whole lot more paying for tans that don't get you ANY color!!!
