I have been a guest at this hotel twice - both time the experience was disasterous! My recent stay was in February 2011. When I arrived, the lobby floor under construction, there were wood planks on the floor and guests had to make their way around the planks. I booked my hotel 1 month in advance and requested a NON-SMOKING ROOM, I have asthma. I was given a non-smoking room on a smoking floor. My room was intolerable, the smoke "stench" was overwhelming and very uncomfortable. I contacted the staff / management and becasue they were sold out they were not accommodating or empathetic. I checked out the day after my arrival, 2 days early. I was disappointed at the level of service and the accommodations, I travel quite a bit, I will not be back to this disgusting hotel. The staff members were rude and superficial, especially Kristen Ralston the Guest Services Manager . Heads up! You don't get what you pay for!

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was clean and new, and the staff was friendly. They have a great breakfast buffet with cooked to order omelets.
