Things went smoothly and they were helpful above and beyond the call of duty. My grandfather had purchased their funeral plans years ago, and we never once felt pressured to &quot;upgrade&quot; any features or items. They were very helpful in making a difficult situation run smoother and my grandmother looked so beautiful.
