Chinh and Giovanni are great hairstylists with many years' experience. They are also personally involved in all aspects of the salon. Luisa is the person to see for facials, and she is also the person you can talk to in case you have any questions or concerns. Now that Diane has joined the staff, I would consider her a go-to person as well. These four people are the owners. The salon is beautiful and clean. The spa is peaceful and lovely. The whole expereince is one of fun and friendly people who are also very, very talented. I personally have had Chinh as my hairdresser for many years, and have referred people of all ages and both sexes and all of them are happy campers as a result. Remember, if your experience isn't good because of somebody on staff, do not leave with a bad memory--speak to Luisa and Diane. This is a place that aims to please and they will take care of you.

I went in for two services. My massage began about 30 minutes late and It seemed to be less than an hour and It felt like she rushed through it on top of that. The facial wasn't all that great. My experience all together was very unsatisfactory. I feel like I wasted my money and refuse to go back.

I guess I should've known better! I went to get my eyebralls "waxed" and when I got there I was waiting a long time no one apologized then on top of that the staff I didn't feel were friendly at all and the lady who was doing eyebralls didn't sanitize her hands and she was more interested in doing her manicure! Then on top of that I got my eyebralls threaded and it wasn't even all that great they look the same! Not worth the $15!!

This place was extremely friendly and I was very pleased with my haircut. The employees are all male who all have their own style, so find someone you like. Price is a little steep, but their abilities are worth it. I have already gone back and don't see any change in the near future.
