If you don't know how long it will take don't make a commitment to have it done by a certain time... Things happen but stringing along after 4 or 5 calls about status was annoying to say the least.

We have been dealing with Davis Automotive Service for over 20 years and they have always provided us with good, reasonable, honest service for all of our vehicles. We will keep going back.

I have used Davis Automotive for at least 10 years and have never experienced any problems with them. They have always stood behind their work. They explain things in terms I can understand.
Their charges are fair. Their quality of work is excellent.
I have recommended them to several of my friends over the years and they have never complained about the service they received.

My bf went there today and complained about it. Since he need work right now , he asked me to write this done to be other visitor's reference.

They didn't ask his permission to fix some "problems". After it was done and asked him his money, which he didn't feel it's a big problem at this time and cost a lot more than it's worth.

One of the problems is the wiper. They took it off without asking my bf. My bf found it and told them that it was working fine and he didn't want to replace it. They told him that they already took the old one off and couldn't put it on. The option is either to get a new one with $25 from them or drive home without wiper. Since my bf didn't know how to put it on, he has to pay them $25 for the wiper.

They fixed some other "problems" without my bf's permission and asked for money. It was a very bad experience.
