Burlington Coat Factory

There are some great deals to be found at this particular location from time to time, however, the majority of the employees are rude, unprofessional, not fully capable of articulant english, & lazy for lack of better terms. There are 2 to 4 ladies that work there that are always helpful & kind & the majority of the security staff (Mr. Louis & Mr. Dwight) are also helpful & kind, but everyone else, just sucks. Just have to be honest. This location not only needs to increase the security to keep the customers safe from all of the potential crime at Sharpstown Mall, but they also need to hire folks who actually WANT to work there or that location can expect its' customer base & profit to slowly but surely, continue to decline over a short time span.
