A blend of tex-mex and traditional Mexican food served up by folks who care. This is the kind of eatery you see people on the travel channel seeking out, it's the hole-in-the-wall place where locals like to go.
My family goes there anytime of day... For breakfast, I'm quite fond of the greasy goodness of their chorizo, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos.
Every now and then the owner makes up a batch of her family's version of mole (sans-chocolate) - it is delicious, but It's not on the menu so you have to ask for it.
Another favorite of mine is their chicken soup - weird i know! They serve it with grated Mexican cheese, rice, and lemon wedge on the side... so good!
The green and red salsa is always good, and I like how the hotness varies a tiny bit from visit to visit.
OH! and I can't forget, their margaritas are some of the best... they don't taste like a nasty mix.

Pros: Great food, inexpensive, pleasant staff
Cons: small, fills up fast
The folks at Pico de Gallo (soon to be called Dos Gallos) are always friendly. I'm very partial to the fajitas, the charro beans, and the chuletas (pork chops). Theresa's chicken with mole is superb. The flour tortillas are always hot and fresh.
They have killer good margaritas! Check out their menu at www-dot-dosgalloshumble-dot-com. Highly recommended!

Definitely a small restaurant. Fajita Tacos are good, but the Tamales with gravy are AWESOME.
We order from there almost once a week. It is a great value for your money!

It's just a small hole in the wall, but the food is great. The staff is always very friendly as well.
We've had the fajitas, enchiladas, nachos and quesadillas. All were very tasty. The price is reasonable too.
Watch the salsa and green sauce, they are on the spicy side most of the time.
