Bed Bath & Beyond

I have always liked shopping at this store because you can double up on coupons and you get great savings.

Lately at this location the cashiers seem. They don't know the products and when you present a coupon for an item they can't even tell the coupon applies to that item. They are obviously not trained well and rude on top of that.

I shop places where I can get good customer service. I realize that may be rare these days. What's happened to my favorite store?

Just wanted to FYI for those who have not had this poor experience to "BEWARE".

In general, Bed Bath and Beyond is over priced. I did however recently spend a lot of money in the Addison/Dallas location. The service there was wonderful.

Store in clean and very organized,another case of everything you could ever want all together in one store .however. the customer service is lacking at times hard to find an associate to guide you. you can get a better value for your money somewhere else.get more for your money.dont waste it here.

This is an overwhelming store. I would definitely advise going in knowing what you are looking for or you will just be lost. This is a two story location, and has helpful stuff, but really hard to find. I would only buy something there if I had a coupon.
